Shipping & Returns

Domestic shipping:
Engine Marines provides free shipping on all domestic orders submitted on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special limitations, in contrast to many other websites that have complicated policies and a lot of fine print. It shouldn't take a lengthy time just because shipment is free. Engine Marines strives to complete your order as quickly as possible because we know how important it is for you to receive your things. You can anticipate receiving your order from our website in four to five business days.

International shipping:
We don't charge for packaging or handling. We only bill for the actual cost of shipping! Please let us know if you would like to utilize your own shipping account or if you have other delivery preferences. You will receive your purchase in 10–12 business days, however items won't ship until all shipping costs have been paid. Free shipping is not available for orders placed from overseas.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with an item, we promise to reimburse it as long as you get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of receiving it and return it to us in its original condition within 30 days. Only the original packaging is accepted for returns of all other accessories.

How to return an item?
To return an item, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account
2. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link in My Account menu.
3. Then Click the Return Item(s) button.

A unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will then be granted once we email you to confirm receipt. If you haven't got the email, please make sure it hasn't been filtered into your spam or junk mail bin. Put your name, address, and this number in large capital letters on the outside of your package.

Please note that you may only return the item once you have received notification back.

The refund will be performed as soon as the item is received in our warehouse and an examination verifies that the products are returned as sold.  Please be aware that the refunds may not appear in your account for two to three business days.

Items will be returned to you if they are not found in the original condition in which they were shipped. We will make every effort to fulfill your request for an exchange, but if it is not possible, we will also reimburse your purchase.
